At Luxe Lane, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
Email us at hello@luxelane.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24–48 hours.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (Razorpay/Cashfree). Please note that your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the credit.
If you need a different size or color, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In such cases, Luxe Lane will provide a prepaid return label.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free return and full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
