Luxe Lane currently ships to all serviceable pin codes across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or logistics delays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also contact us at hello@luxelane.com for order status updates.
Our logistics partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us and a refund will be initiated minus shipping charges.
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately at hello@luxelane.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
